Founder's Message
The negligent attitude towards women’s health has always been there, but now the issue of PCOS, which affects more than half of our women population is requiring immediate attention. Half of the women among us are facing problems affecting not only in their sexual and reproductive health but daily routine & mental health. We need to stop this normalisation of women health issues and take serious actions towards it, while proclaiming this “ جان ہے تو جہان ہے “for women as well.

In addition to providing Holistic Care to PCOS management via PCOS CLINIC, we have another project working under the name of “PCOS HELPS”. PCOS HELPS is Pakistan’s first-ever organization that empowers women struggling with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) by providing them with free medical and psychological guidance.

The organization offers a range of services to aid such women, including monthly webinars and support groups, Confessions of PCOS Women, product reviews, authentic remedies, and PCOS awareness campaigns. With a team of dedicated professionals, PCOS Women Support aims to raise awareness about the disorder and enhance the quality of life for women battling it.
